Do we need a direct contract with Digiseg to use Digiseg audiences?
No, you don’t need to enter a contract to use Digiseg Audience Data. You can find us in most DSP data marketplaces. If Digiseg does not have a direct integration to your DSP you can always order a custom audience served as a Deal-ID.
Can Digiseg be used to profile users who acheive a certain video completion rate?
Yes. We can provide a pixel or a click url that can be attached to a completion event for a video and use it to create a profile of your most engaged viewers. Contact us to get a profile pixel.
Why can’t I see reach figures in Xandr Marketplace?
Xandr’s Data Marketplace uses cookies to measure reach of audiences, but as Digiseg is cookie free, all Digiseg audiences are displayed without reach numbers. But rest assured, there is reach behind the audiences. Digiseg segments more than 500.000 bid requests per second in Xandr. We are probably the largest data provider in Xandr, based on segmented impressions.
Does Digiseg provide custom audiences?
Yes we do. For a custom audience, contact us at support@digiseg.io with your brief and we will prepare an audience. Delivery is usually within one working day.
Can we target Youtube, Social Media, and Google Ads campaigns with Digiseg data?
No, but Digiseg segments all other types of inventory like Audio, In-gaming, Display, Video, In-app, CTV including Netflix and many more.
