We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and potentially some other markets in Europe, depending on the individual. You will drive growth among our existing customers and new clients by understanding their campaign needs and helping them succeed. You will report to the CCO as the one responsible for growth in your region.

Digiseg is a seven-year-old company based in Copenhagen, Denmark. We are Scandinavian to the core, and this position will reflect that. We offer a high degree of flexibility. Digiseg is one of the largest independent programmatic data providers in the world. We operate in 45 markets and are expanding rapidly. Our client base includes all major agency groups. More than 5.000 advertisers use our data, and we have contributed to the success of more than 100.000 campaigns. We are a small team working from Copenhagen, Warsaw, and Lisbon.

What you’ll be doing

You will be responsible for sales and drive growth through high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout all areas of the business and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. You will also:

  • Grow Digiseg in your assigned region and identify business opportunities.
  • Build and expand our client portfolio across buy- and sell-side.
  • Identify the most optimal way to target, address and build profitable client relationships with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Represent the company at industry events.
  • Put your product and technical knowledge to commercial use and become an expert in our products and educate your clients on the use of our audience data and measurement products.

What you need to succeed

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in programmatic advertising. Sales experience is highly preferred. Must be business-fluent in English.

Although you will be backed up by talented teams in Lisbon and Copenhagen, you must be self-motivated and able to drive results as a “lone wolf” in your market.

You have solid programmatic experience, preferably with working knowledge from the following platforms: DV360, Xandr, The Trade Desk, or Adform. Beyond that, you have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication as well as excellent presentation skills in both German and English
  • Demonstrable success creating and growing successful business relationships
  • Excellent organization, project management, time management, communication, and presentation skills
  • A confident, high-energy, self-motivated team player
  • A proactive solution seeker
  • Ability to use data to tell a story and act on findings
  • Able to travel up to 30 days per year
  • An extensive network in the ad tech/digital advertising industry, and be able to leverage it
